此職務主要負責研華工業級主機板(Industrial Motherboard) 產品於區域市場的推廣、規劃與業務合作,並擔任 Regional Business Unit(RBU)與客戶間的技術橋樑。

您將與業務團隊密切合作,制定區域產品策略、推動設計導入(Design-In)專案,並協助客戶評估工控主板於 Edge AI、工業自動化、嵌入式系統等應用場景的可行性。

此角色包含協調跨部門資源、提供產品技術支援、維護區域客戶關係及提升營收成長。適合對嵌入式平台、x86 架構及工控應用具備熟悉度,並希望在國際化組織中發揮 PM 專業的人才。

【工作內容】

  • 負責 Industrial Motherboard(Mini-ITX、Micro-ATX嵌入式主板等)產品於區域市場的推廣、定 位與銷售策略執行。
  • 與區域業務團隊(RBU)合作,分析市場需求、制定區域業務策略並追蹤業績成長。
  • 主導 Design-In 專案管理:包含需求訪談、專案導入評估、技術規格對應、風險控管與 時程推進。
  • 提供業務與客戶技術支援(x86/Arm platform / Embedded application / Edge Computing),協助客戶問題排除與 方案建議。
  • 與產品開發團隊合作,蒐集市場聲音(VOC),協助規劃產品組合與競爭分析。
  • 維繫既有區域客戶關係並發掘新商機,推動區域營收成長。
  • 支援產品訓練、產品簡報、銷售工具(資料、影片、案例)的製作與推廣。

【必要條件】

  • 3 年以上產品經理或專案管理經驗(IPC / 嵌入式產業經驗佳)。
  • 熟悉 x86 架構、嵌入式主板、Edge AI 應用或具相近產品經驗。
  • 優異問題分析與解決能力,能快速回應客戶需求並整合內部資源。
  • 良好的中英文溝通能力,能與海外業務與客戶合作。
  • 具跨部門協作與專案推進能力,能獨立處理區域市場需求。

【加分條件】

  • 具工控 IPC、嵌入式系統、AIoT 或 ODM 客戶導入經驗。
  • 熟悉小尺寸工業主板產品線, NPI管理流程。
  • 有區域市場推廣、業務支援或技術 PM / FAE 經驗。
  • 具備商業洞察力,能進行市場規模研究、競品分析與產品規劃。
  • 曾支援 Edge AI 推論平台(如 GPU, NPU)軟體整合或應用驗證。
