研華歡迎熱情的產品經理,負責Micro-ATX & Mini-ITX主機板,涵蓋產品生命週期全程管理、產品功能規格定義及擴展產品線業務。

此職位將向產品部門經理匯報,主要工作包括透過X86/ARM的技術應用,定義Micro-ATX & Mini-ITX主機板產品規格和新技術,負責產品開發、進度、成本及資源管理,進行跨部門溝通協作,新產品發布及市場推廣計劃,進行市場研究和競爭分析,並與全球銷售團隊合作推動業務增長,制定產品規格和市場產品策略。

此外,還需專注於AI加速及NPU技術的應用與整合,利用AI加速技術顯著提升運算效率,並將神經處理單元(NPU)融入產品中,實現先進的人工智慧功能,為客戶提供卓越的性能體驗。

Job Responsibilities

  • Apply Intel, AMD, and Arm base platform to define Mini-ITX motherboard specifications and new technologies.
  • Oversee product development, scheduling, cost, and design quality.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments.
  • Announce new products, promotion and go-to-market plans.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
  • Focus on embedded market trend, and product innovation for target vertical market.

Must Conditions

  • At least 5 years of experience in X86 product management.
  • Familiarity with IPC and the embedded market.
  • Strong cross-department communication skills for effective teamwork.
  • Ability to strategically manage the product line roadmap.
  • Effective time management skills.

Plus Conditions

  • Experience with AI acceleration and SW integration.
  • Previous experience working with a global sales team.
