研華正在招募產品經理,您將負責 ARM Edge AI Systems 產品線的市場策略規劃與產品規格設計,聚焦智慧製造、智慧交通、智慧城市等結合視覺感知與生成式 AI 的邊緣運算應用。依據市場趨勢與區域需求,規劃完整產品路線,打造具差異化優勢的解決方案。

全面主導產品從概念定義到上市的全流程管理,協同研發、業務及海外子公司推動專案,拓展國際市場,提升品牌滲透率與客戶黏著度。若具備相關產業應用經驗,將更能精準連結市場需求與產品價值。

工作職責

  • 市場策略與產品規劃:掌握產業新趨勢,定義目標市場與產品規格,規劃差異化產品路線以提升市場競爭力。
  • 行銷與推廣:制定並執行新品行銷計劃,攜手區域銷售提升能見度與市佔率,並針對 Robotics、交通監控、工業檢測等產業應用制定解決方案導入策略。
  • 專案與產品開發管理:領導 NPI 全流程,包括需求定義、研發協調、試產與上市規劃,並解決開發與量產挑戰,確保產品如期上市。
  • 跨部門與組織協作:與研發、業務、採購、製造及海外子公司密切合作,確保專案順利推進並達成目標。
  • 成本與供應鏈管理:執行成本分析與毛利預測,維護供應商關係,持續優化成本結構與產品獲利。

技能與資格

  • 3 年以上產品管理經驗,具NVIDIA Jetson嵌入式系統產業應用背景者佳。
  • 英文(聽/說/讀/寫)能力佳,擅長產品簡報製作、論述講解及商務溝通。
  • 熟悉SAP、PLM與Microsoft Office(Word、Excel、PowerPoint)等工具。
  • 具備優秀的領導力、溝通能力與問題解決技巧,有跨部門專案成功經驗。
  • 持有 PMP 證照 或同等專案管理資格者加分。
