We are now seeking a
Sales Manager, Taiwan (Distributors & Loyalty)
to drive growth in the Taiwanese market and support our broader APAC region. This is a strategic role that combines distributor management and loyalty program development. The position is based in
Taipei
with regular travel to our Hong Kong office.

SALES MANAGER, TAIWAN (DISTRIBUTION & LOYALTY)

The Sales Manager Taiwan will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies across distributor markets while also
leading loyalty and continuity programs
with key retail partners. The ideal candidate is a strong business developer with proven experience in consumer goods, capable of managing distributors, building loyalty-driven sales campaigns, and negotiating long-term contracts.

Experience with major Taiwanese retailers such as Costco, Carrefour or PX Mart is a strong advantage.
This role requires a culturally attuned professional who is a
Mandarin speaker from Taiwan
, has a deep understanding of both Taiwan and Greater China business practices, and is
fluent in English
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow distributor relationships in Taiwan, ensuring sales targets are met and exceeded.
  • Develop and implement loyalty and continuity sales programs with major retail partners.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with key accounts (including C-level stakeholders).
  • Translate sales objectives into specific, actionable plans for the Taiwanese market.
  • Negotiate and conclude contracts to secure favorable terms for both customers and The Cookware Company.
  • Study market developments and competitor activity to identify opportunities and ensure a strong market position.
  • Monitor and analyze account performance, anticipating risks and opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, finance, and operations to align commercial plans.
  • Contribute to regional strategy and support APAC growth initiatives.
  • Travel frequently to Hong Kong and occasionally within the region when required.

Profile & Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Economics, Business, or related field.
  • 8–12 years of experience in
    sales, distributor management, and loyalty/continuity program sales
    .
  • Strong track record in
    consumer goods
    ; cookware/houseware experience is a plus.
  • Experience working with leading Taiwanese retailers such as Costco, Carrefour or PX-Mart is a strong advantage.
  • Mandarin speaker
    with excellent command of English; any command of Japanese or Korean is considered as a plus.
  • Deep cultural understanding of Taiwan.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Entrepreneurial, proactive, and flexible mindset with a "can-do" attitude.
  • Willingness to travel for business needs.
