Chinese Speaking – Senior Marketing Operations Executive

The Role:

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Marketing Operations Executive to drive the success of our regional marketing initiatives. In this role, you will assist, oversee and optimize regional marketing operations, implement efficient processes, and foster seamless collaboration across teams within the regional marketing department. From concept to execution, you will lead projects across the region, ensuring the delivery of highly engaging products and impactful campaigns.

The main responsibilities of the position include:

  • Support the Regional Marketing Manager to design and implement tailored marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and market penetration
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to understand local client behavior, trends, and competitive landscape, leveraging insights to refine marketing approaches
  • Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Manage the marketing team's performance, ensuring effective resource allocation and task delegation
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and support team members' professional growth
  • Execute the planning and promotion of both online and offline events, galas, exhibitions, and campaigns
  • Manage the creation and production of marketing materials for both online and offline channels
  • Develop engaging content for social media platforms, websites, newsletters, and other digital formats tailored to the relevant audience
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to define project requirements
  • Act as the project lead for regular and ad-hoc projects as required
  • Stay informed on the latest marketing trends to enhance brand visibility and engagement

Main Requirements:

  • University Degree in Marketing, Business, or a relevant field
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of Chinese – speaking markets
  • Experience within the financial services industry will be considered a strong advantage
  • Knowledge with marketing analytics and metrics
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, tools and platforms
  • Knowledge of Sprinklr tool
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong teamwork skills
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English (oral and written)
