Global Security Analyst

Job Objectives
The Global Security Analyst supports the Asia Pacific Security Manager in maintaining and enhancing Morrison Express's physical security standards. This role oversees audits, employee training, incident investigations, and policy compliance across warehouses, offices, operations, and transportation. The Security Supervisor helps ensure the safety of cargo, facilities, and people, while mitigating operational risks and supporting key client projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Security Audits & Compliance
Conduct regular audits of warehouses, offices, and vendor sites to identify risks, assess compliance, and coordinate corrective actions. Travel (domestic and international) may be required. - Employee Training & Awareness
Develop, update, and support the delivery of physical security training programs focused on cargo handling, theft prevention, access control, and emergency response. - Risk Monitoring & Incident Response
Monitor security risks such as theft and unauthorized access. Assist in investigations and support corrective actions to prevent recurrence. - Vendor & System Coordination
Collaborate with third-party security vendors to maintain effective guard services and electronic surveillance systems (e.g., CCTV, access control). - Client Project Support
Assist in designing security plans for key customer projects involving high-value or sensitive cargo. - Reporting & Policy Development
Maintain audit and incident records. Assist in drafting, reviewing, and updating security-related policies to align with best practices and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications - Education: Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Logistics, or related field (preferred).
- Work Experience
- 2–4 years of experience in physical security, compliance auditing, or related roles in logistics, warehousing, or transportation.
- Preferred: Experience conducting security audits, facility assessments, or managing security incidents.
- Skills & Certifications
- Strong understanding of physical security principles, including cargo protection, facility security, and access control.
- Effective communication skills for training delivery and report writing.
- Familiar with security technologies (CCTV, access control systems).
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities; attention to detail.
- Preferred: Certification in Physical Security, Safety Management, or similar.
- Language
- Proficient in Mandarin and English (written and verbal).
