  • Support and participate in various recruitment events and activities.
  • Optimize recruitment and selection processes to enhance efficiency.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications

Master's Degree

Required Skills

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment.
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and collaborative team player.
  • Experience in IDL recruitment in the technology or electronics industry.
  • Experience in planning and executing recruitment projects is a plus.
