作為Site Reliability Engineering Lead,您將肩負起確保公司託管服務穩定運作的重要使命,每天都會面對多樣化的技術挑戰與協作機會。在這個角色中,您不僅要主導監控、警示、備份及資訊安全等核心運維工作,更需積極推動CI/CD自動化流程建置,提高整體部署效率。同時,您將帶領一支專業SRE團隊,共同制定標準作業程序、分配任務並追蹤進度,以達到最佳團隊表現。此外,本職位也鼓勵您參與基礎設施即程式碼(IaC)專案,不斷學習新技術並將其應用於實際工作中。如果您樂於在支持性強、重視合作的環境下發揮所長,此職位將為您的職涯帶來嶄新突破。

  • 負責公司託管服務的日常運維工作,確保所有系統服務持續穩定且高可用。
  • 主導監控與警示系統的整合建置,以及Log資料的處理和深入分析,以快速回應潛在問題。
  • 規劃並執行系統備份策略,同時負責資訊安全政策的制定與落實管理。
  • 設計、建置及維護CI/CD自動化流程環境,有效提升部署效率與品質。
  • 撰寫並優化日常系統運維工作的標準作業程序(SOP),確保團隊一致性與高效執行力。
  • 帶領SRE團隊協同合作,分配任務並追蹤進度,促進團隊成員間的知識分享與技能提升。
  • 協助解決Web Service或相關系統服務運維過程中的技術難題,保障服務品質。
  • 參與基礎設施即程式碼(IaC)相關專案,包括Terraform腳本開發及自動部署流程建置。
  • 持續關注新興技術趨勢,評估並引入適合團隊發展的新工具或方法論。
