We are looking for the Head of Unit Trust Administration in the TW team Our team handle the daily process of distribution operations , including processing clients transactions, maintaining client records, and ensuring regulatory compliance. We work closely with sales teams, investors, and various financial institutions to ensure that all administrative tasks are handled smoothly and efficiently.

What you do 

  • Supervise and manage all client-related fund administration and operational matters, including report preparation, account reconciliation, and communication with custodian banks to ensure accuracy and timeliness of operations.
  • Responsible for planning and monitoring operational processes for both onshore and offshore fund businesses, covering account opening, transaction processing, systematic investment plan setup, report generation, and account reconciliation, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Effectively oversight ETF fund transaction operations, reporting procedures, and exception handling mechanisms to ensure accurate trade execution and timely information reporting.
  • Lead and coordinate departmental resources to support company project initiatives; actively participate in cross-functional project meetings and communications; responsible for defining system requirements related to fund operations, conducting testing and validation, and optimizing processes post-implementation.
  • Assist in the design and revision of operational policies and procedures; regularly report operational performance and resource allocation recommendations to senior management, leading the team to achieve strategic business goals.

What you bring

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Management, or related fields
  • Over 5 years of experience in fund administration, client services, or supervisory roles within asset management firms, banks, or securities companies
  • Demonstrates strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to train fund operations staff and coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proactive, accountable, detail-oriented, and able to perform well under pressure.
  • Familiar with both onshore and offshore fund operations; holder of relevant licenses such as the Securities Investment Trust and Consulting Professional License or Senior Securities Specialist License
  • Proficient in English with intermediate or above level in listening, speaking, reading, and writing
  • Experience in business intelligence could be beneficial
