The Opportunity
We're looking for a
People Hub Coordinator
to join our global team on a
fixed-term contract
, providing dedicated support to the
APAC region
while supporting
local initiatives
. In this role, you'll be the trusted first point of contact for our people across APAC, handling interactions with care, accuracy, and efficiency. You'll collaborate across time zones, functions, and systems to keep The Hub running smoothly — refining processes, improving content, and continuously raising the standard of service delivery worldwide.
What You'll Do
- Become a frontline ambassador for APAC within the People function, delivering fast, accurate, and compassionate support through The Hub and Live Chat.
- Partner closely with our regional People Partnering team across the globe to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.
- Administer key People processes via The Hub- including onboarding, role changes, leaves of absence, local benefits (including enrollment) and exits.
- Maintain impeccable data integrity within SuccessFactors and digital files, ensuring compliance with regional and global standards.
- Support continuous improvement by analyzing feedback and data, enhancing knowledge content.
- Provide centralized administrative support.
- Act as a change advocate, finding opportunities to elevate People processes regionally and globally.
- Work with People Team colleagues in APAC to drive projects that make Arm a stronger company.
What You'll Bring
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills across cultures and time zones.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English, other languages are an advantage.
- A customer-first, service excellence approach with genuine curiosity and compassion.
- Strong analytical ability when navigating systems and data to identify improvements.
- Confidence to make recommendations and challenge constructively.
- Excellent prioritization with the ability to handle multiple requests and deadlines with precision.
- A proactive, growth mindset approach, with a focus on learning and adaptability.
- Familiarity with People systems.
