Role Description
We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our team in Taipei.
This is a full-time, on-site position.
As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for nurturing and growing relationships with key clients, developing strategies to drive sales growth, and overseeing client accounts to ensure satisfaction and alignment with business goals. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with cross-functional teams, preparing sales reports, identifying new business opportunities, and implementing client-focused solutions.
Execute sales plans to meet the annual sales target while expanding customer base and extend the company's reach in assigned territory.
Manage existing key clients, including distributors and national accounts and develop long-lasting relationships that address their needs.
Conduct market research to identify consumer buying trends and explore new business opportunities.
Participate in major conventions or trade shows to promote our brand and identify new potential clients.
Work closely and align with the subsidiary office on sales strategy if needed.
Work closely with licensor in assigned region to grow the market.
Qualifications
- Strong account management skills, including client relationship building, negotiation, and customer service excellence
- Experience in sales strategy development and business development to drive revenue growth
- Analytical skills, including proficiency in creating and interpreting sales reports and market insights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with internal teams and clients
- Proven experience in account or client management, preferably in the pop culture, entertainment, Toys or collectibles industry
- Possesses a spirit of overcoming challenges and strong teamwork skills.
- Able to travel domestically and internationally on an occasional basis.
- Experienced in managing major domestic and international distribution channels for consumer products.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Fluency in English and Mandarin is highly advantageous
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
