Project Planning Phase- Preparation of master schedule- Advise on project budgeting- Assist in floor plan feasibility study & test fit- Assist in site inspection & handover process2. Bidding & Procurement Phase- Advise on short-listing general contractors- Advise on short-listing suppliers- Assist in drafting construction tender proposal and agreement - Advise on interview & evaluation of contractors - Assist in construction tender review process - Assist in contractor approval process3. Construction Phase - Supervise construction work progress - Conduct routine site coordinating meeting - Advise on contractor change order & budget impact - Advise on schedule review & potential schedule change - Advise on site report review4. Completion Phase - Assist on interior fit-out inspection & handover process - Supervise interior fit-out rectifications - Assist on the move management - Post-move staff opinion survey5.
