- Fully responsible for cost management operations, including establishing standard cost systems, optimizing cost processes, and conducting settlement analysis to ensure accounting accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Plan and execute annual budgets and cost control measures, perform cost variance, gross margin, and profit-and-loss analyses, and provide management with insightful reports and operational recommendations.
- Conduct financial benefit and return-on-investment evaluations for equipment investments, product line expansions, new product development, new customers, and new business models to support strategic decision-making.
- Lead key annual projects such as cost information system integration, performance indicator development for manufacturing units, and operational metrics tracking and analysis, proposing concrete improvement plans to enhance overall business performance.
