【工作內容】

  • 負責研發循環(PLM/PDM)及支援服務系統(Audit/Legal/IP/Infra)之產品策略與發展規劃
  • 運用敏捷開發(Scrum)與數據分析,監控系統績效與使用者回饋,推動持續優化與創新
  • 主導產品生命週期管理,涵蓋需求分析、系統設計、開發測試、上線導入與持續優化
  • 跨部門協作推動系統整合與流程自動化,提升研發與支援單位作業效率
  • 蒐集使用者需求與痛點,轉化為具體產品規格與改進計畫,持續提升系統使用體驗與營運成效

工作地點:竹北辦公室(新竹縣竹北市文興路二段539號)

  • 具 5 年以上軟體產品管理或系統開發/專案管理經驗佳
  • 具企業級應用(PLM/PDM/Audit/Legal/IP/Infra)建置與維運經驗佳
  • 具跨部門協作與溝通能力
  • 具分析與問題解決能力,能以數據導向思維推動產品策略與持續優化

[加分條件]

  • 具雲端原生架構、DevOps 流程、微服務設計或 BI/資料分析工具經驗者尤佳
  • 熟悉敏捷開發流程與工具(如 Jira/Confluence)經驗佳
  • 熟悉 IT 架構與開發技術(如 Active Directory、伺服器環境、API、雲端平台等),能與 Infra 與工程團隊協作設計安全、高效之系統架構者尤佳
