Job Responsibilities

• Resolve equipment failures cases and perform root cause investigations.
• Improve equipment reliability and sustains equipment capability.
• Improve equipment software and hardware by production requirements.
• Routine Preventive Maintenance execution
• Evaluate equipment potential risks and comes out contingency plans.
• Develop documents and standardizes of maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting techniques.
• Provide engineering support to other engineering team, other production team, and other improvement teams.
• Learn skill of six-sigma, lean production, and SPC to support production troubleshooting.
• Compliance of safety and core value on daily work.

Job Qualification

• Well attitude and good team player.
• EE/ME relative BS or MS degree.
• Good PLC skill.
• Documentation, Computer, and Presentation skill.
• Good English listen/writing and speech skill.
• Take holiday shift and night shift
