Reimagine What's Possible

  • Responsible for daily and monthly inspections for assigned equipment.
  • Responsible for incoming materials by confirming specifications; conducting measurement tests; rejecting and returning unacceptable materials.
  • Responsible for in-process production by confirming specifications; conducting measurement tests; communicating required adjustments to production supervisor.
  • Responsible for finished products by confirming specifications; conducting measurement tests; returning products for re-analysis.
  • Documents inspection results by completing reports and logs; summarizing re-work and waste; inputting data into SAP system and generating COA.
  • Keeps measurement equipment operating by following operating instructions; conducting instruments calibration and maintenance for all analysis instruments.
  • To be responsible for maintaining, updating and implementing related ISO systems periodically, and to assist member any of AP staff on working procedures changes or review and submission of new procedures.
  • Other duties assigned by supervisor.
