Job Description:

Temenos 顧問負責在銀行和金融機構中,協助客戶實施、配置、客製化和優化 Temenos 核心銀行解決方案(T24)。顧問將與客戶密切合作,了解其業務需求,將其轉化為功能或技術規範,並確保 Temenos 產品的成功交付和最佳利用。

主要職責:

  • 業務需求分析與解決方案設計:
    • 與業務部門和相關利害關係人密切合作,分析、記錄和驗證核心銀行流程的業務需求。
    • 將業務需求轉化為功能或技術規範和系統配置。
    • 識別客戶業務/功能需求與 Temenos 產品功能之間的差距,並提出解決方案(例如變通方案、流程變更或應用程式變更)。
    • 定義 Temenos 產品的客製化需求,並撰寫詳細規範。
  • 系統實施與配置:
    • 配置和客製化 Temenos Transact (T24) 或其他 Temenos 模組,以符合業務流程。
    • 領導和支援 Temenos 核心銀行解決方案的端到端實施。
    • 確保 Temenos 核心銀行與其他銀行應用程式之間的適當整合。
    • 進行系統變更和增強的功能影響分析。
    • (技術顧問)開發和維護基於業務需求的程式碼庫,利用 Temenos IRIS API 和其他相關技術。
    • (技術顧問)設計和實施 WTX 映射,用於數據整合和處理。
  • 測試與支援:
    • 參與功能測試以支持客戶測試,並協助使用者驗收測試 (UAT)。
    • 排除系統問題並驗證解決方案的性能。
    • 為 Temenos 實施提供持續支援和維護。
  • 文件與培訓:
    • 提供清晰簡潔的功能或技術文檔,供內部和外部使用。
    • 制定使用者培訓材料並為銀行員工舉辦研討會。
    • 確保所有系統配置符合當地監管要求和行業最佳實踐。
  • 專案協作與溝通:
    • 與跨職能團隊(包括業務分析師、開發人員、測試人員和專案經理)密切合作,確保專案協調一致並成功實施。
    • 充當業務部門和技術團隊之間的橋樑,確保專案順利執行。
    • 定期向專案經理提供更新和反饋,以實現專案目標。
    • 具備出色的客戶溝通和利害關係人管理能力。

職位要求:

  • 教育背景: 學士學位, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
  • 專業經驗:
    • 多年的 Temenos 產品(T24/Temenos Transact)作為功能或技術顧問的實施經驗。
    • 深入了解銀行業務操作,包括存款、貸款、支付、客戶管理、財資管理或證券等。
    • 具備核心銀行解決方案的配置和參數化實務經驗。
    • 熟悉軟體開發生命週期 (SDLC) 和測試方法。
  • 技能:
    • 出色的分析和問題解決能力,能夠評估系統差距並提出有效的解決方案。
    • 強大的溝通和人際交往能力,能夠與各個利害關係人有效互動。
    • 具備撰寫功能或技術規範的良好文檔技能。
    • 能夠獨立工作並在協作環境中表現出色。
    • 具備客戶面對經驗和諮詢技能。
    • 了解當前的 IT 環境和行業 IT 趨勢。
    • 熟悉敏捷開發方法和數位銀行轉型專案。
