Your Role
We are looking for an exceptional executive to join our team and lead the global sales strategy for our Specialty Gases business. In this critical role, you will set and execute a comprehensive sales strategy, translating our overarching business goals into concrete targets and actionable plans for the commercial organization. Your ability to deliver on annual sales and margin targets will be essential, as will your expertise in executing share gain and price management objectives. You will ensure accurate sales forecasting and provide strategic input on internal capacity requirements based on future customer needs. By developing key account strategies that align with our business objectives, you will foster strong relationships with customers in the Semiconductor, Display, and LED/PV sectors. As a leader of a global commercial organization, you will promote teamwork and ensure decisions are grounded in data, focusing on customer satisfaction and results. Your role will involve negotiating with strategic customers, guiding supply agreements, and supporting product launches in collaboration with various functions. With your deep understanding of our complex product portfolio and ability to solve unique challenges, you will significantly influence the long-term direction of our Specialty Gases business. Role will be located in Taiwan
Who You Are
- Bachelor or Master's degree, science/technical discipline preferred
- Minimum 10 years' commercial experience including 5 years in a commercial leadership role, preferably in the chemicals industry
- Experience managing and motivating a sales team. Demonstrated track record of successful sales/negotiations, key account management/business development, new account development, and client relationships
- Possess exceptional leadership and talent development skills for a team of sales professionals
- Strong negotiations skills
- Strong communications and presentation skills
- Candidate needs to be comfortable in a high-tech, fast-paced environment
- Must be willing to travel up to 25% of the time
