What You'll Do

  • Operational Excellence: Assist in streamlining processes to improve efficiency and automation where possible.
  • Operational Scalability: Manage non-automated tasks and track key business metrics to summarize the optimization of the admin system.
  • Program Management: Lead cross-functional initiatives to drive platform performance at scale.
  • Product & Technology: Monitor feature usage and collaborate with local teams to improve performance.
  • Data Analysis: Build and track performance metrics for both product and operations.

What You'll Need

  • Proven data tracking and analysis record in previous projects.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese (both written and spoken).
  • Eager to work in a fast-paced, small team environment.
  • Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, able to build relationships across all levels.
  • Strong business judgment, ownership mentality, and results-driven approach.
