Responsibilities

Responsible for managing sales growth and profitability for salesLead and manage various sales teams to achieve and exceed sales targetsIdentify market potential and development sales strategies for specific sales scope Establishes and maintains sales relationships with trades and distributorsManage accurately forecasts and achieve the business result, including turnover, market share, and profit. Measure success and effectiveness through consumer sales tracking and analysis Partner with the Marketing team to launch promotion and monitor sales activities

Requirements

Degree holder in Business or related disciplinesAt least 10 years' relevant experience in sizable food business or FMCG fieldStrong leadership capability in driving the sales team with high profit growth business objectives.Excellent communications, interpersonal, numerical & analysis skillsProficiency in MS Office applicationExcellent command in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin 公司總覽
