【工作內容 Job Responsibilities】

  • 規劃並掌握新產品專案的整體時程,整合跨部門設計資源,確保產品規格與設計品質符合標準。
  • 主導新產品的開發流程,管理開發進度與成本,讓產品從概念順利走向量產。
  • 進行成本預估,分析 PRR 問題點,提出有效改善對策並追蹤執行結果。
  • 與跨部門、跨廠區團隊協作,推動專案議題,確保開發流程順暢並如期達成目標。
  • 安排、執行並落實專案計畫,確保達成產品上市所需的效率與品質指標。

【所需技能 Required Skills】

我們期待與你一起打造下一代卓越產品:

  • 熟悉機構設計與整合,具備 SolidWorks、AutoCAD 操作能力,能進行 3D 方案規劃與審查。
  • 具備良好的 2D/3D 識圖能力,能快速理解設計需求與技術細節。
  • 能以英文書信清楚溝通,與國際團隊協作順暢。
  • 熟悉機構相關製程,包括加工、組裝、驗證與量產流程。
