速聯(SRAM)創立於美國芝加哥,台灣分公司也在2025年慶祝開業三十四年,我們擁有包含自行車傳動系統品牌速聯(SRAM)、ROCKSHOX(避震器)、ZIPP(輪圈)與QUARQ(功率計)、TIME(踏板)在內八個世界知名自行車關鍵零組件品牌。本公司研發、測試與生產世界各地職業選手、自行車騎士熱愛的的電輔自行車動力系統、無線電子變速系統、功率計、及無線控制電子座管等產品,透過SRAM、ROCKSHOX與ZIPP等品牌,組成自行車高階關鍵零組件的生態系。

自行車產業在新冠病毒席捲全球期間起迎來強勁的成長,疫情過後高階自行車需求依然強勁,本公司目前正積極擴編團隊,「產品工程師」職務隸屬於速聯(SRAM)的電輔自行車動力系統、無線電子變速系統研發團隊,將在系統核心元件之「馬達/傳感器/儀表/控制器/變速暨剎車把手/變速系統」研發、試產及量產過程中統籌位於台灣及歐美據點的各部門成員(例如: 製程工程師,量測工程師,測試工程師..等),將最佳的產品帶到全球自行車騎士的面前。

產品工程師主要工作內容
:

領導台灣專案開發團隊成員 (跨多個部門的成員例如: 製程工程師,量測工程師,測試工程師..等):


•代表全球開發團隊在台灣各生產據點內確保所有專案開發完成 (包含零件及成品驗證/試量產)


•了解電輔自行車動力系統、無線電子變速系統整體產品專案的期程,功能特色、市場及競爭對手資訊


•在開發期間負責電輔自行車動力系統、無線電子變速系統產品所有組裝相關的問題解決

工作內容佔比
:


• 50% 在於協調及整合所有試量產運行的零組件和規劃; 參與並監督在試量產期間現場的細節,並督導完成試量產相關之文件


• 30%支援團隊成員,協助並確保零件開發期程


• 10% 確保產品的合理成本及時間規劃


• 10% 負責內部和外部客戶的成品需求(如性能測試、型錄用商業攝影、新品上市前展示)

工作經驗: 3年以上

學歷要求: 機械、機電或電機電子工程相關科系,學士以上學歷

語文條件: 英文(能於工作場域使用英文口說溝通)

擅長工具: Creo, AutoCAD, Pro/E, SolidWorks
