Job Description
Position Summary, Responsibilities and Expectations:
- Review DFM, FMEA, MIL with R&D and ODM at NPI stage, drive ODM to optimize design for manufacturing.
- Hold DVT exit meeting to ensure all design and process issues are closed before moving forward to PVT.
- Conducts periodic reviews to ensure NPI project is on track. Close communication with R&D team, US PE, China PE to ensure all information of NPI stage are aligned and no gap.
- Assess, analyze, consolidate, and communicate risks and status clearly and succinctly.
- Review testing plan and SOP to ensure key parameters of testing and manufacturing are correctly deployed at ODM.
- Review web comments, RMA returns to drive ODM to implement improvements.
Essential Skills And Experience
- BS Degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, Quality Assurance or equivalent
- 5 to 8 years in Product Engineering or Quality experience
- Professional Experience in consumer electronics or product manufacturing.
- Experience with Project Management is a plus.
- Excellent English verbal and Written skills
- Understand of HID or Headsets product is a plus
