Hotel Sales Manager

We are working with a well-established
international hotel group
to hire a
Sales Manager
for their
Taipei office
. In this role, you will work closely with the
regional office
to drive business growth, manage client relationships, and expand market presence across Taiwan.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales and achieve sales targets set for the market
  • Manage and maintain partnerships with existing clients, including travel agencies, corporates, schools, and key clients accounts
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis; actively Identify, approach, and develop new business opportunities
  • Work closely with the internal departments on product development / packaging, booking, and service delivery
  • Organize trade and marketing events in Taiwan and represent the company at trade shows, product presentations, and promotional events if and when appropriate
  • Provide regular sales reports and customer feedback to senior management

Requirements

  • Taiwanese based in Taipei or willing to relocate to Taipei
  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in tourism / hospitality, preferably with international exposure
  • Native in Mandarin & fluent in English
  • Proactive, mature and independent; With clear drive and self motivation; organized; with a potential to manage junior staff going forward
  • Willing to travel locally and internationally (especially to Japan, Hong Kong and China)
