Job Information

Job Responsibilities:

1. 執行公司產品 /促銷/優惠券 BPM 系統申請流程,包括 POS Code 設置及販售平台上架,販售平台包含 OLO(官網)、自助點餐機(Kiosk)、APP 訂購平台。

2. 行銷專案跨部門支援:協助規劃與執行各類活動
- 協助促銷方案與通路活動執行與追蹤,包含餐組設定,媒體素材的設計,以及成效追蹤等,以幫助整體業績成長。
- 撰寫與發布行銷活動公文,統籌內部通知作業。

3. 銷售數據與市場資訊分析:為決策提供數據與市場洞察。
- 蒐集並整理市場資訊與競品動態,提出觀察重點供內部參考。
- 檢視每週品牌力追蹤,提供 PM & Agency 了解投資效果。
- 製作與分析各類銷售報表,支援定期與即時性業務需求(如日報、週報、月報)。

4. 支援與執行 Ad-hoc 專案與部門活動



Requirements:

ü  大學畢,行銷或商學相關科系畢業

ü  具業務助理或行銷助理工作經歷 

ü  電腦技能:熟 Word、Excel、PowerPoint、Outlook,文書處理能力佳

ü 優秀的跨部門溝通能力與疑難問題排解能力
