Eligibility

Candidates who are currently pursuing a Bachelor degree or Master degree from a reputable university

Able to commit to a full-time internship for 8 weeks from 30 June to 29 August

Passionate to embark on a career in banking

Self-motivated team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment

Adaptable, creative, decisive, resilient and demonstrate good interpersonal and communication skills

Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese

The Programme

For DBS TW we have 2 different of internship:

Structured Internship (SI)\: 
To groom students to be future DBS TW Management Associates. SI is a 8-week structured internship for university penultimate and final year students. Seize the opportunity to gain practical on-the-job experience and develop your soft skills through presentations, project work and collaborating with stakeholders. You will also experience mentorship and networking opportunities with senior management and peers.

General Internship (GI):
GI is a 8-week internship for all grades students who are interested in banking and will focus on understanding the daily operations of the department you are assigned to. Those who perform well will have the opportunity to be hired for future roles.

You will gain practical on-the-job experience in one of these tracks:

• Group Technology (Online Assessment including Coding Assessment)
