Director, Distribution Center Operations

- Establish standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehousing to guide operational execution.
- Supervise the development of warehouse SOPs that align with both company strategy and customer requirements.
- Define departmental manpower structure and responsibilities; effectively train, motivate, coach, and manage customer service staff.
- Set key performance indicators (KPIs) for warehousing operations to support performance reviews and quality management.
- Control warehousing costs to achieve the company's financial goals.
- Manage and develop talent through workforce planning and professional training to improve efficiency and quality.
- Facilitate cross-department communication and propose solutions and cost forecasts to support business development.
- Support internal and external project management needs.
- Oversee SOP implementation and propose improvement plans to enhance quality and performance within safety standards.
- Evaluate and review short-term (1-3 years) operational risks, and propose contingency measures to ensure business sustainability.
- Warehouse operation management
- Proficiency in MS Office tools: Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook (MOS certification is a plus)
- Strong logic and clear communication
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems
