Purpose of the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated Operations Excellence Project Manager to lead and optimize logistics and distribution projects, including large-scale initiatives such as mega-warehouse plan. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics operations, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration. This role requires excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills to drive operational improvements and ensure seamless execution of key projects.

What You'll Do :
• Lead end-to-end project management for logistics and distribution initiatives, including warehouse optimization, process automation and transportation efficiency.
• Conduct data analysis to identify inefficiencies, track KPIs, and develop actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Prepare and deliver high-impact presentations to stakeholders, including senior management and regional teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively in English with international partners.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and risks, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.

What will make you successful:

Must-Have:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in logistics, warehousing with a focus on project management.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale logistics projects.
• Excellent presentation and storytelling skills (PowerPoint, data visualization).
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) to liaise with global teams; additional languages are a plus.

Advantage to Have:
• Health, Safety and Environment management related experience is preferred
• Strong analytical skills (Excel, SQL, Power BI, or similar tools) to interpret data and drive decisions.
