We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
English secretary
to join our team.

Job Description:

Your main responsibility will be to support our work in the fields of drones, robotics, and related technologies. This includes coordinating communications, managing documentation, assisting with project-related tasks, and keeping things running smoothly.

When you're not directly handling those duties, you'll also be expected to write articles and content related to these topics.

Responsibilities:

· Provide administrative and communication support related to drones, robotics, and tech projects

· Help coordinate schedules, meetings, and logistics

· Draft and edit written content (articles, summaries, reports) in English/Mandarin

· Stay up to date on relevant trends and news

· Assist with other team tasks as needed

Requirements:

· Strong written and spoken English

· Interest in technology, especially drones and robotics

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

· Good organizational and communication skills

· Writing experience is a plus

Bonus if you have:

· A background in journalism, tech, or engineering

· Experience working in a bilingual environment

· Familiarity with social media or content publishing platforms
