我們正在尋找台灣區公共政策與法規事務負責人,帶領政府及法規相關事務,協助塑造有利 Bjak 成長的政策環境。您將扮演關鍵角色,確保創新與合規並重,共同打造以用戶為中心的保險及其他金融解決方案。

理想人選需具備廣泛的政策圈人脈,熟悉法規架構,並有豐富的經驗影響政策決策,推動業務創新。

主要職責

• 領導 Bjak 在台灣的公共政策與法規策略。
• 建立並維持與政府機構、監管單位及重要意見領袖的良好關係。
• 掌握金融科技、保險及科技領域的政策趨勢與立法動態。
• 代表 Bjak 參與政策制定者、產業協會與智庫的討論。
• 提供跨部門團隊合規與市場進入的策略指引。
• 主導對公共諮詢、法案提案及法規事務的回應。
• 推動創新友善的法規環境,保障消費者權益並促進金融普惠。

任職資格

• 具備 8 至 15 年台灣公共政策、法規事務或政府關係相關經驗。
• 深入了解台灣政治、法律及監管體系。
• 擁有跨相關部會、監管機構與業界重要人士的強大人脈網絡。
• 能獨立運作,並能在高層級影響政策決策。
• 具金融科技、保險或科技行業背景者佳。
• 公共政策、法律、政治學或相關科系學士(碩士尤佳)。
• 流利中、英文書寫與口語能力。

Group Head of Public Policy & Regulation - TaiwanAbout Bjak

Bjak is the largest insurance and financial services platform in Southeast Asia, on a mission to make essential services more efficient, affordable, and accessible through technology. As we expand into new markets like Taiwan, we're building a team of experts who can help us navigate and shape the regulatory landscape in fintech and insurance.

With operations in Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, China, Japan, and now Taiwan, we're combining regional scale with local expertise to deliver real impact.

About the Role

We're looking for a Group Head of Public Policy & Regulation in Taiwan to lead government and regulatory engagement and help shape the policy environment for Bjak's growth. You'll be instrumental in ensuring that innovation and compliance go hand-in-hand as we build user-centric solutions in insurance and beyond.

The ideal candidate is highly connected in the policy ecosystem, fluent in navigating regulatory frameworks, and experienced in influencing outcomes that enable business innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Bjak's public policy and regulatory strategy in Taiwan.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with government institutions, regulators, and key opinion leaders.
• Stay ahead of policy trends and legislative developments impacting fintech, insurance, and technology.
• Represent Bjak in discussions with policymakers, associations, and think tanks.
• Provide strategic guidance to cross-functional teams on compliance and market entry.
• Lead responses to public consultations, legislative proposals, and regulatory engagements.
• Advocate for a regulatory environment that encourages innovation, consumer protection, and financial inclusion.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in public policy, regulatory affairs, or government relations in Taiwan.
• In-depth knowledge of Taiwan's political, legal, and regulatory systems.
• Strong network across relevant ministries, regulatory bodies, and industry stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to operate independently and influence at the highest levels.
• Experience in the fintech, insurance, or tech sectors is highly desirable.
• Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Law, Political Science, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• Fluency in Mandarin and English (written and verbal).
