Its customers are leading international technology companies and OEMs, with whom it collaborates on the design, integration, and optimization of advanced test systems.Position Summary The Senior Field Service Engineer (FSE) will serve as a local technical expert supporting deployed projects and end users. The role involves both hardware and software system debugging for automated equipment, ensuring smooth installation, validation, maintenance, and optimization of production systems. Key Responsibilities Perform equipment installation and system bring-up Validate and qualify automated equipment Conduct end-user training sessions Provide maintenance and troubleshooting support Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions Repair and upgrade equipment software and hardware as required Collaborate with design engineers for continuous improvement and optimization Prepare and maintain technical documentation and reports Qualifications & Experience Bachelors degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or related fields 5+ years of hands-on experience in PLC development and non-standard automation systems Strong understanding of PLC- and computer-controlled production equipment with complex processes Advanced knowledge of: Calibration procedures for precision assembly machines with vision-guided motion Machine vision systems (debugging, calibration, configuration) Motion systems (motor tuning, repeatability, stability checks) Six-axis robot setup and configuration Experience using and configuring: LabVIEW applications Beckhoff PLC IO and Motion applications Fluent in English (both spoken and written) Prior experience working in a manufacturing or automation environment Willingness to travel up to 80% domestically and internationally Core Competencies & Skills Logical thinker with strong problem-solving ability Adaptable to a fast-paced, project-driven environment Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills High learning agility and passion for engineering innovation Strong presentation and conceptualization skills Active listening and team collaboration mindset Behavioural Competencies Aligned with company values Proactive and challenge-oriented Continuous learner with growth mindset Passionate about engineering excellence Whats in It for You A dynamic, multinational high-tech work environment Opportunities for professional development and technical training Competitive salary package with comprehensive benefits Inclusive, fair, and supportive company culture Team-oriented environment with a passion for technology
