We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager to drive the success of our AI-driven network assurance and business intelligence platform. In this fast-paced environment, you will develop comprehensive program plans, including scope, dependencies, timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Leadership:
    • Develop program plans, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
    • Closely collaborate with cross-functional teams to lead project execution within the program.
    • Evaluate and mitigate program risks and issues, escalating as necessary.
    • Communicate status and issues to management in a timely manner.
    • Drive closure of program issues related to day-to-day activities among multiple programs.
    • Utilize project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) to track progress, manage tasks, and generate regular status reports.
    • Monitor customer statistics on escalations, patch releases, and release schedules.
    • Lead all project-related activities and host project meetings and conference calls.
  • Team Collaboration: Foster effective collaboration and communication among geographically distributed teams.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, providing regular updates and progress reports.
  • Process Optimization: Drive continuous improvement in program management processes and best practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience managing complex software engineering development projects.
  • Strong project management skills with ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrable experience leading geographically distributed teams.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills in English.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and risk management skills.
  • Self-motivated, self-directed, and politically astute.
  • Energetic, action-oriented, detail-oriented, results-oriented, and well organized.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Scrum Master experience is a plus.
