Director of Embedded Systems

We are seeking an experienced firmware developer to lead the analysis, design, and implementation of sophisticated firmware solutions. As a key team member, you will participate in software requirements preparation, review, and analysis. You will also collaborate with ODMs and vendors to resolve software-related issues and maintain accurate records of project schedule, defects, and other data.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing and managing WoA BIOS projects from start to finish.
- Preparing, reviewing, and analyzing software requirements to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Working closely with ODMs and vendors to resolve software-related issues.
- Maintaining accurate records of project schedule, defects, and other data.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need a strong educational background and relevant work experience. A bachelor's degree and 10 years of experience are required. You should have a solid understanding of software project management, risk management, and change management. Additionally, experience with Windows OS/driver architecture, device driver/Software programming, and basic knowledge of hardware and BIOS interactions is necessary. Good analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills are essential, as is excellent communication ability in English.
