We are seeking an experienced Software Engineering Director to lead our AI technology team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI and programming, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive successful projects from conception to delivery.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver cutting-edge AI tools and solutions that significantly improve operational efficiency or customer experience.
  • Lead a team of engineers to design and develop AI products, leveraging expertise in programming design and engineering concepts.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments to address technical intricacies and ensure a smooth process from inception to delivery.
  • Mentor and coach junior engineers to foster their growth and development in the field of AI.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements and trends in AI research and technology.


Requirements

The ideal candidate should have:

  • 15 years of related AI and programming experience in a professional role.
  • Excellent knowledge and application of engineering concepts along with effective problem-solving ability.
  • Solid understanding of Large Language Model, Machine Learning, Deep learning, Generative AI, Supervised learning, data scientist, and data engineer.
  • Ability to manage, motivate, and direct a cross-functional workgroup; and drive successful negotiations.
  • Solid interpersonal and presentation skills in Artificial intelligence.
