Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced systems engineer to lead the development of AI enterprise systems. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cutting-edge solutions that drive innovation and excellence in every aspect of project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Architectural Leadership and Collaboration: Engage with internal teams, vendors, and technical partners to drive architectural excellence in product design, build strong relationships, and ensure alignment and success.
  • Development and Integration Management: Oversee and coordinate development efforts across diverse engineering teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and delivery, working across subsystems including hardware design, software development, and system integration.
  • Quality Assurance and Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring the highest quality standards, design and implement robust test plans to validate system performance and reliability.
  • Strategic Business and Portfolio Management: Apply strong business insights to drive strategic decisions and optimize project outcomes, drive solution and release readiness with a closed-loop focus on best practices across portfolios and business units.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Development Engineering Expertise: Strong background in development engineering of compute, storage, and networking architectures, with proven experience in designing solution-level AI enterprise data center systems.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire multi-disciplined engineering workgroups to achieve outstanding results, strong ability to influence others to drive project success.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Quality Assurance and Problem Solving: Expertise in root cause analysis, defect resolution, and test plan architecture to ensure high-quality standards.
  • Strategic Business Acumen: Strong business acumen to drive strategic initiatives and optimize project outcomes, educational requirements include 12 to 15 years of related experience with a bachelor's degree or 8+ years with a master's degree.
