Job Summary: Electrical Senior Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Senior Engineer to join our team. As an expert in system architecture definition, design, analysis, prototyping, sourcing & the debugging and validation of layouts or routes, you will play a crucial role in delivering state-of-the-art products for a changing world.

This is a unique opportunity to work closely with designers, cross-functional teams within Dell Technologies and suppliers to ensure electronic designs meet a range of requirements, including schedule, feature set, functionality and quality, as well as industry standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver new PCBA technologies and logic solutions that scale across our next-generation enterprise portfolio.
  • Work with a deeply technical and dynamic team of electrical engineers as well as cross-functional global teams to innovate and deliver game-changing products in our server marketspace.
  • Design next-generation HW features in partnership with front end teams and industry partners.
  • Drive feature and cost trade-off analysis to provide technical recommendations.
  • Provide design guidance to enable and support global teams.

Requirements:

  • Experience in product development from early Concept through production.
  • Competency in both analog and digital design.
  • Proficiency with EE design and simulation tools.
  • Deep knowledge of PCB layout design practices.
  • Bachelor of EE with 5+ years of related experience.
