Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned systems lead engineer to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our System Development Engineering Team, you will be responsible for leading the engineering efforts for AI enterprise system hardware across compute, storage, and networking.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Architectural Leadership and Collaboration: Engage with internal teams, vendors, and technical partners to drive architectural excellence in product design, building strong relationships to ensure alignment and success.

  • Development and Integration Management: Oversee development efforts across diverse engineering teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and delivery, working across subsystems including hardware design, CPU & memory complexes, GPUs and accelerators, network devices and fabrics, enterprise storage arrays, direct liquid cooling solutions, AC-DC and DC-DC power architectures, Dell iDRAC systems management software, BIOS, FPGA, firmware, enterprise operating systems, and data center rack-solution designs.

  • Quality Assurance and Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring the highest quality standards, designing and implementing robust test plans to validate system performance and reliability.

  • Strategic Business and Portfolio Management: Apply strong business insights to drive strategic decisions and optimize project outcomes to meet customer needs, driving solution and release readiness with a closed-loop focus on best practices across portfolios and business units.

  • Vendor and Technical Partner Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and technical partners to ensure alignment and success, engaging in root cause analysis and defect resolution to maintain high-quality standards.
