Sales Growth and Customer Satisfaction Expert Needed

We're looking for a results-driven Account Manager to take on this challenging role and contribute to our company's continued success in Taiwan.

About the Job:
  • This position involves developing and executing account plans to meet assigned financial objectives and achieve product/solution sales goals for designated territories/accounts.
  • As an Account Manager, you will mentor and counsel distributors and sales partners, develop executive-level account relationships, and resolve partner concerns.
  • You will also ensure internal resources participate in sales activities and close sales opportunities, participate in virtual team sales initiatives, assess market opportunities, and develop business plans to meet revenue objectives.
  • Additionally, you will be responsible for revenue and demand forecasting, account planning, project planning, and administrative tasks to grow assigned business profitability.
  • In this role, you will participate in trade shows to promote company products and develop leads.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a sales-related field with a successful track record.
  • Familiarity with the IT and Networking industry ecosystem and ability to predict future trends.
  • Ability to develop new business and manage personal sales activities independently.
  • Prior experience in sales within manufacturing, retail, or logistics is highly desirable.
  • A strong background in networking and communications is essential.
  • Proven experience in managing key accounts and driving vertical-integrated solution sales is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication skills are required, including proficiency in understanding and presenting all products and technical information.
  • A strong hunter sales personality with independent, relentless, and team player traits is ideal.
