We're seeking a skilled Account Manager to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction in Taiwan.
About the Role:- This is an exciting opportunity to develop and execute account plans that meet assigned financial objectives and achieve product/solution sales goals for designated territories/accounts.
- You will be responsible for mentoring and counseling distributors and sales partners, as well as developing executive-level account relationships and resolving partner concerns.
- Your key responsibilities will include ensuring internal resources participate in sales activities and close sales opportunities, participating in virtual team sales initiatives, assessing market opportunities, and developing business plans to meet revenue objectives.
- You will also be responsible for revenue and demand forecasting, account planning, project planning, and administrative tasks to grow assigned business profitability.
- In addition, you will participate in trade shows to promote company products and develop leads.
- At least 10 years of experience in a sales-related field with a proven track record of success.
- Familiarity with the IT and Networking industry ecosystem and ability to identify future trends.
- Capability to independently develop new business and manage personal sales activities.
- Prior experience in sales within manufacturing, retail, or logistics is highly preferred.
- A strong background in networking and communications is essential.
- Proven experience in managing key accounts and driving vertical-integrated solution sales is required.
- Excellent communication skills are necessary, including proficiency in understanding and presenting all products and technical information.
- A hunter sales personality with independent, relentless, team player traits is ideal.
