We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team.

Talent Acquisition:

  • End-to-end recruitment activities:
    • Support job posting, resume screening, interview coordination, and candidate follow-ups.
    • Proactively source candidates through job platforms, databases, and referrals.
    • Ensure data accuracy and documentation within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
    • Assist in recruitment-related events and employer branding initiatives.
  • HR Operations & Benefits:
    • Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding procedures, ensuring accurate documentation and record updates.
    • Support the administration of group insurance, labor insurance, and national health insurance, including enrollments and changes.
    • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy for audit and compliance purposes.
    • Collaborate with finance and external vendors as needed.

Requirements:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in HR, with hands-on involvement in both recruitment and HR operations.
  • Solid understanding of labor law and relevant HR compliance practices.
  • Experience in payroll calculation and individual income tax filing is a strong advantage.
  • Proficient in Mandarin and able to communicate effectively in conversational English.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Capable of managing multiple priorities while collaborating in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment.
