We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced test engineer to join our team. As a Manufacturing Test Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the development and implementation of manufacturing test programs for our products.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical, electrical, or material engineering, with experience in IC test manufacture processes. They will be responsible for coordinating R&D and mass production activities with stakeholders, driving factory key performance metrics measurement, and sustaining test program performance.

Key qualifications include:

  • Fluent English and Mandarin language skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Material Engineering, or equivalent
  • 10+ years of experience in test or product engineering, preferably with IC test manufacture processes
  • Strong knowledge of data analysis and test yield improvement
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
