This role offers the opportunity to lead and deliver innovative mechanical design solutions for desktop, portable and server computer systems and peripherals. As a thermal engineering expert, you will conduct analysis, feasibility studies and testing of mechanical products, instruments, subassemblies and packaging for new and existing products.

About This Role

We are seeking an experienced thermal engineer with strong technical leadership skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical or thermal engineering and at least 8 years of experience in liquid cooling solution development.

  • Develop, optimize and implement DLC solutions for server products through simulation, design and validation
  • Host global meetings with stakeholders and manage development schedules
  • Design specification discussion and definition
  • Triage issues and drive root cause analysis
