Test Automation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Test Automation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and developing automated testing frameworks, as well as a strong understanding of software development life cycles and business approaches.


Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop automated testing strategies and build automated testing frameworks.
  • Apply knowledge of software development life cycles and business approaches to drive quality and efficiency in testing.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in test automation.
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycles and business approaches.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and version control systems.

Preferred Skills
  • Familiarity with Microfocus ALM Software (Microfocus Quality Center) Testing Tools.
  • Experience making data-driven decisions using analytics, A/B testing, campaign reports, and dashboards.
  • Analytical skills and ability to work in a team environment.
