About the Role:

Responsibilities
  1. Strategy and Execution: Manage a high-performing development team, drive project delivery, and foster collaboration with cross-functional teams to align digital initiatives with business goals.
  2. Requirements and Use Cases: Translate business requirements into detailed system requirements, review team deliverables, and ensure alignment with use cases and system requirements.
  3. Vendor Management: Evaluate vendor work deliverables, explore alternative solutions, and manage risk, schedule, quality, and change throughout the project lifecycle.
  4. Testing and Deployment: Define test criteria, contribute to test plans, review and sign off on functional requirement, system integration testing result, code merge review and program deployment.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in developing digital internet facing tools, such as web applications, mobile applications, chatbots.
  • At least 1 year of experience in leading and managing a development team.
  • Proficient in various programming languages, frameworks, and tools, such as Java, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, Python, Django, Flask, Firebase, AWS, Git, Spring.
  • Strong knowledge of user interface design, user experience, and usability principles.
  • Strong knowledge of web and mobile security, performance, and optimization techniques.
  • Strong knowledge of agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
