About the Opportunity

Embark on a dynamic and supportive journey that fosters learning, growth, and career progression in our Hardware Engineering team.

The program consists of three rotations, each 12 months long, offering hands-on experience across various projects, solutions, and technical deliverables. You will be supported by technical subject matter experts, mentors, and peer advisors who will provide day-to-day guidance and help you assimilate into the culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute innovative design ideas for commercial notebook PCs, education Chromebooks, and mobile workstation systems.
  • Design, document, and validate components or assemblies for pre-selected sub-projects, ensuring deliverables meet program schedules.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful development.
  • Prepare test plans, conduct experimental verification, debug issues, evaluate results, and review ODM and sub-tier vendor capability to support robust product development and production.

Requirements

We are seeking highly motivated individuals with strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration in a global team environment. Essential requirements include a Master's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related fields), graduating between February 2025 and August 2026.

  • Internship experience in a technology-related field.
  • Participation in roles outside of the classroom.
