**Job Summary:**

This position involves leading and defining thermal cooling solutions for product designs, requiring a high level of creativity, drive, leadership, and design skills.

The ideal candidate will have experience in electronics cooling, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently and thrive in a diverse team environment.

  • Responsibilities:
    • Establish product thermal requirements and engineer the product to meet those requirements;
    • Validate that the product meets those requirements;
    • Work with internal development teams, external suppliers, and development partners to develop innovative solutions for PCs using leading-edge engineering software, tools, and processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Thermal Engineering or similar field with 5+ years of experience in electronics cooling;
  • Alternatively, a Master's degree with 3+ years of experience;
  • Driven self-motivated individual with strong problem-solving skills;
  • Aptitude to assess and optimize program tradeoffs such as cost, performance, quality, and schedule.
