  • Collaborate with engineers and data scientists to integrate and validate algorithms.">
  • Continuously improve algorithms based on testing, feedback, and new data.">
  • Apply new trends and techniques from algorithm research and modeling.">

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related fields.">
  • 2-4 years of experience in algorithm design, backend engineering, or systems development.">
  • Proficient in Python or JavaScript (Python preferred).">
  • Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, complexity analysis.">
  • Experience solving real-world challenges in recommendation, search, pricing, or ranking.">
  • Familiarity with modeling, statistics, or numerical methods.">
  • Comfortable working with large datasets and production constraints.">
