Senior Thermal Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Thermal Senior Principal Engineer to join our Commercial Thermal Engineering Development team in Taipei. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading efforts of internal and external thermal development teams in all development project activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead thermal development activities with cross-functional supervisions on complex commercial PC devices, subsystems, and components.
- Provide design guidance and solutions for difficult thermal issues.
- Support and influence integration of thermal strategy across technical disciplines internally and externally.
- Drive optimized performance between thermal requirement and acoustic requirement to deliver best customer experience.
- Generate new process and specification to meet newly developed technology trends.
- Master's degree in mechanical/thermal engineering and +15 years' experience in product design.
- Sophisticated knowledge of mechanical, thermal, and performance interactions.
- Ability to motivate and direct a workgroup.
- Advanced understanding of using 3D CAD and FloTherm thermal simulation tools.
- Excellent working knowledge of thermal engineering and design guidelines.
- Personality: Optimism, passion, integrity, and hungry to learn.
- Fluent in English language (verbal and written).
