This opportunity will allow you to join the Underwriting & Product Team of the InsurTech company covering risk assessment, product development and/or underwriting.

Responsibilities
  • Be the key member of the Team to profitably drive the business for D&O, PI, BBB and others
  • Conduct financial risk analysis and due diligence of the key persons and/or insured entities
  • Identify, assess and mitigate the regulatory, operational, management, professional and/or financial risk
  • Compile risk assessment report and propose proper insurance terms & conditions
  • Work with the cross-functional Team to develop and improve the pricing and underwriting model
  • Communicate the identified risks with internal and external stakeholders to obtain necessary buy-in
  • Follow up on implementing the risk mitigation measures
  • Keep abreast of the market development and assist the management to develop new products to achieve the Product-Market Fit
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in law, business, finance, economics, actuarial science or information management
  • At least 2 years' underwriting/ broking experience in D&O, PI, Credit & Surety or Cyber Insurance
  • Knowledge of Asia regulatory requirement is a plus
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity or crypto industry is a plus
  • Independent and self-driven team player with good communication skills
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin
  • Aspire to expand his/her professional horizon to different industry domain, including but not limited to Crypto and Fund Management industries
