Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business development efforts, identifying new opportunities, and expanding our customer base across multiple industries. This role requires a proactive and goal-oriented mindset, with a focus on achieving sales targets and fostering long-term relationships with clients.

Location: If you can work in Tainan is highly preferred. And we also welcome candidate who can base in Taipei with Travel Base to Tainan

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Consumer Electronics, AI/Server, Medical, Military/Government, Automotive, and other relevant industries.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking out new prospects.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements, and propose customized solutions to meet their specific demands.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Manufacturing, and Marketing, to ensure the successful delivery of products and services.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to management on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in the electronic components industry.
  • Strong understanding of the Consumer Electronics, AI/Server, Medical, Military/Government, and Automotive sectors, with a focus on OEM/ODM business.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
